About the Role

As a Baker, you'll be responsible for crafting our sourdough bagels from start to finish. This hands-on role involves dough preparation, shaping, proofing, boiling, and baking while ensuring every batch meets our quality standards. You'll play a key role in maintaining consistency, managing daily production, and helping deliver fresh bagels to our customers every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Mix, shape, proof, boil, and bake bagels according to our recipes and standards
• Prepare dough and bakery ingredients for daily production
• Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking processes to ensure product quality
• Assist with inventory management and stock preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery
• Ensure products are prepared consistently and ready on schedule
• Support the kitchen team with production planning and daily operations
