Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities:
· Post accurate accounting records for all daily transactions.
· Perform invoice validation for PO and non-PO invoices.
· Daily and monthly account payable (AP) and account receivable (AR) function.
· Prepare all payments and remittances.
· To assist on the inventory control and other related field.
· Assisting in preparation of monthly cash flows and bank reconciliation
· Support in statutory tax & audit for compliance.
· Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
· Maintain month end listing and reconciliation.
· Actively support in E-invoicing activities
· Monitor inventory movement, stock balances, inventory aging, and inventory valuation.
· Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate stock variances and discrepancies.
· Conduct manufacturing variance analysis, including material, production, and cost variances.
· Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
· Able to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.
· To assist other ad-hoc tasks as required/assigned by the superior.
Skills and qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Good understanding of principles and procedures of accounting standard and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization skills
- Good team player, attention to details, able to multitask
- Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to work independently and flexible with good attitude.
