Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

  • Purchasing - coordinate monthly and ad-hoc stock order from all sites and prepare/submit Purchase Order
  • Assist Operation Executives in preparing monthly operation report
  • Prepare and submit HSE documentation for project as per Client requirement
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, quotation and documentations
  • Assist on tender preparation
  • Assist Head of Operations on matters related to Operations

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or operations is preferred.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Good documentation and organizational skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per hour
