Account Executive (Finance & Accounting)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and analyze accounting records, financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable standards.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with deadlines.
- Perform internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to support smooth audit processes and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and regulatory reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, providing valuable insights to support business growth.
- Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend improvements to minimize financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and support business decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and reports to management for strategic planning.
- Support company KPIs by controlling costs, improving financial efficiency and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Assist in enhancing accounting systems and processes to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuously review financial procedures and propose improvements aligned with best practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidate must be willing to work at CaryaZara Seksyen 7, Shah Alam.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
