Responsibilities
a) Sourcing Candidates
i. Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates.
ii. Distribute physical flyers and create digital recruitment e-flyers for social media posting.
b) Screening & Shortlisting
i. Review resumes and applications to match job requirements.
ii. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
iii. Submit shortlisted candidates for interview with relevant managers.
c) Interview Coordination
i. Schedule interviews and communicate logistics to both candidates and interviewers.
ii. Participate in interview sessions when required, assisting in assessment and follow-ups.
d) Candidate Engagement
i. Maintain relationships with applicants by providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the process.
e) Database & Documentation
i. Accurately input and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
ii. Maintain all recruitment-related files and documentation as per policy.
f) Branding & Promotion
i. Design and post job advertisements and e-flyers on appropriate platforms.
ii. Support employer branding efforts through social media engagement and recruitment materials.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
