1. Responsible for inspection of incoming materials, monitoring of work in progress goods and ensure finished goods comply to established food safety and quality standards before release.
2. Organize and maintain an accurate and up –to date record of all QA /QC activities, including a record of all checks and test performed
3. Perform positive release on the finished goods after reviewing laboratory verification results and operation record (check BMR /BPR)
4. To ensure optimum performance of laboratory testing activities & accurate test reults
5. Troubleshoot & provide solutions to laboratory testing problem
6. To ensure that all measuring equipment in lab/production is calibrated as per schedule and proper maintenance of records
7. Able to develop & conduct new R&D or improve existing formulation when needed.
8. Generate, maintain and update all related documentation & specifications for new development or revision of product
9. To carry out experimental work, stability study test, sensory test & follow up on the status of project given
10. Prepare & collate finished products specifications, COAs, MSDS and all related technical documents as per legislative regulations
11. Participate & assist in internal audits on interval basis & liase with external quality auditors, certification bodies & governement regulations
12. Manage customer complaints & NCR, finding root cause, nature of rejects and recommend corrective & implement actions within set time frame
13. Training of new or existing production staff on MESTI, GMP, HACCP or quality related
14. Maintain all documentation related to HACCP, GMP, MESTI or HALAL
15. Review and upgrade quality system policies, manuals, SOPs and work instructions when necessary
16. Assist in sourcing or purchase of laboratory consumables and equipment when needed
17. Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors or management from time to time

19. To carry out experimental work, stability test, sensory test and follow up on the status of projects given
20. Carry out relevant lab and administrative work to ensure smooth daily operations at all times
21. Ensure all records on QC analysis, retention samples etc kept in good conditions & retrievable
22. Generate, maintain and update all related documentation and specifications
23. Work at the command of the chief from time to time

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM400.00 - RM500.00 per month
