Cleaner Operations

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
• Ensure all office areas, common areas, washrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and public facilities are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleaning quality meets client expectations.
• Prepare staff duty rosters, work schedules, and monitor attendance.
• Ensure sufficient cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables are available.
• Report maintenance issues, defects, or safety hazards to the Building Management.
• Ensure all cleaning staff comply with workplace safety procedures and company SOPs.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma in Business Administration, or Facility Management is an advantage).
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning services, facilities management, office buildings
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve operational issues effectively.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of workplace safety, hygiene standards procedures.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
