Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works and adhere to document control procedure.
• Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures.
• Execute inspections and tests as per inspection and to utilize quality control mechanisms as provided for by quality management system.
• Ensure that procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company's Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring
• Represents the company to liaise with contractors, consultants and architects.
• To ensure contractors are follow the required quality standard, construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist to ensure that C&S and architectural works are completed with minimum defects and as per work specifications
• Assist in identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts
• Defect Liability Period defect control
• Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.
• Check construction drawings and specifications. Report to Manager if any discrepancy is found.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in supervision of high-rise building works.
• Strong knowledge in MEP specification / practices and site coordination.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site challenges under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
