Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise front-line production workers to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of production targets.
• Support the production team in troubleshooting issues, coordinating workflow, and maintaining productivity while meeting quality standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, training, and performance evaluation to production staff.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, and operational data.
• Prepare production reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

Job Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to work 6 days per week with 1 day off.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin.
• Ability to read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with production or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
