Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate IT Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering quality education, supporting student development, and ensuring our programmes remain aligned with industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching, training, and assessment sessions
• Ensure training and evaluation processes are conducted with accuracy, transparency, and integrity
• Guide and support students in preparing competency records and practical evidence
• Mentor students and contribute to their academic progress and overall well-being
• Continuously review and update curriculum content to meet industry and regulatory requirements
• Participate actively in college events, academic activities, and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records by updating relevant systems (e.g., JPK SKKM and internal systems)
• Contribute to the overall management, organisation, discipline, and smooth operations of the college

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Candidates with VTO and/or SKM/DKM/DLKM certifications will have an added advantage
• Relevant teaching or industry experience in IT is an added advantage
• Familiarity with TVET, MQA, or JPK standards will be an advantage
• Strong commitment to student development and academic excellence
• Fresh graduates with passion for teaching are encouraged to apply
