1. E-Commerce Platform Product Management.

• Create artwork and upload products to all e-commerce platforms.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing and updates.
• Coordinate product photography

2. Marketing & Design Materials

• Develop, design, and edit marketing materials (ads, leaflets, posters, event materials)
• Provide visual design support for both online and offline

3. Social Media & Digital Contend, Website Support

• Manage company's Social Media accounts.
• Create visual content for social media advertisement, seasonal campaigns, and festive greetings
• Monitor and respond to website, Facebook, IG messages. and enquiries.
• Ensure website and social media information are updated and accurate

4. Branding & Packaging

• Handle product packaging, labels, and branding design materials
• Ensure all design layouts are consistent with brand guidelines identity

5. Photography & Video Editing Support

• Prepare and refine product visual assets for marketing use. Support product photography direction.
• Create and edit basic promotional and event videos. Edit videos for promotional/internal use.

6. Cross-Team Coordination

• Coordinate with departments on design requests
• Liaise with suppliers and printers on artwork and production matters when needed.

7. Production & Technical Support

• Support laser machine operations and resolve issue with China Suppliers.

8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
