Job Summary :-
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations and oversee employment pass, visa, and immigration-related matters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll administration, compliance, and managing expatriate work permit applications through MDEC and relevant government authorities.
Key Responsibilities :-
Payroll Administration
- Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other payroll-related regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and employee data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with finance and external payroll vendors, where applicable.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management reports as required.
Immigration & MDEC Matters
- Manage end-to-end employment pass, professional visit pass, dependent pass, and related immigration applications.
- Liaise with MDEC, Immigration Department, and relevant authorities on expatriate-related matters.
- Monitor visa/pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Prepare and submit supporting documentation for pass applications and renewals.
- Keep abreast of immigration policies, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Support onboarding and relocation processes for expatriate employees.
Human Resources Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related matters.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience with hands-on payroll processing responsibilities.
- Experience handling MDEC, Employment Pass, and immigration-related matters is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
