- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Prepare documents for CAPEX, i.e., stocks used for office purposes
- Creation of RCT for credit card, e-wallet, FAVE transactions in system
- Timely recording of online transfer receipts and transactions in Google Online Form
- Regular checking and verifying of credit card transactions, i.e., from credit card slips to system records
- Perform daily checking on cash drawer receipts, i.e., actual cash receipts tally to system records
- Compilation of complete and correct set documents for AEON credit sales application
- Arrangement of courier services to ensure all documents are delivered out on timely basis
- Assist salesman in following-up unfulfilled sales order & chasing up overdue payments from customer
- Timely registration of extended warranty in system
- Participate and assist in fairs/events organised or signed up by the Company
- Daily performing of housekeeping duties to ensure outlet always maintain clean and inviting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
