Role and responsibilities:
-To update and maintains business license, agreement, insurance and related matter.
-To liaise with insurance agents, solicitors, local council and store managers for all documentation related matter.
To assist in tenancy agreement, franchise agreement execution and arrangement
-To perform general duties like typing, filing, photocopying, mailing, receiving and sending courier packages, etc.
-Monitor office supply levels (stationery, bottles water, etc); reorder when appropriate.
-Arrange and coordinate general correspondence (computer and printer service, annual dinner arrangement, etc).
-Communicate with finance department for billing issue, payment or other related inquiries.
-To cross check the billing, staff reimbursement, payment or other related inquiries.
-Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
-Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably in the fields of Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Must be computer liberated with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
-Pleasant personality and good follow-up skills.
-Systematic, strong organized and independent.
-Experience in legal matter, customer service and other administrative tasks
-Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
