Medic Asia Hiring! Full Time Marketing Executive in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Marketing & Outreach

• Conduct outreach to GP clinics, medical centres, and healthcare providers via calls, WhatsApp, email & physical visits (Clinic groups).
• Promote and explain Medic Asia’s training programs and benefits.
• Schedule appointments, demos, or discussions between clinics and Medic Asia trainers.
• Assist with digital marketing content (Facebook/LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp blasts).
• Participate in roadshows, events, or conferences to promote programs.

B. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Build a strong referral network with clinic owners, nurses, clinic assistants, and managers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth communication before and after the training.

C. Sales & Enrollment

• Drive registration for training programs and meet monthly enrollment targets.
• Prepare and send proposals, brochures, and quotations.
• Track all leads, conversions, and outcomes in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.

D. Administrative & Support

• Collect and verify clinic/doctor information for registration.
• Coordinate with operations team for training date, venue, and materials.
• Assist in issuing invoices and confirming payments when needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

A. Professional Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in speaking with doctors and clinic managers
• Basic understanding of healthcare or medical industry (advantage)
• Ability to present and explain training products
• Good written communication (WhatsApp, email, proposals)

B. Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• WhatsApp Business
• Basic digital marketing understanding (advantage)

C. Personal Competencies

• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Professional appearance and manner
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Good time management
• Honest, responsible, and reliable

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in (Business/Marketing/Healthcare is an advantage)
• Experience in sales or healthcare marketing preferred
• Able to travel for clinic visits (allowance provided)
• Able to work on weekends when events are scheduled (off-in-lieu provided)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
