Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth people operations, statutory compliance, accurate HR records, and efficient office administration. The position requires a hands-on individual who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and execute HR tasks with minimal supervision.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, claims, and employee records
- Coordinate payroll preparation by ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave, claims, and employee data prior to payroll processing
- Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and other official HR correspondence
- Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and HR databases
- Ensure HR practices comply with the Employment Act 1955 and company policies
- Support disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and internal investigations, including documentation and coordination
- Act as the point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- HRMS & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRMS system
- Generate HR reports such as headcount, attendance, leave, and turnover reports as required by management
- Support HR process improvements and system updates
- Administration & Office Management
- Oversee general administrative functions including office supplies, vendors, and service providers Coordinate with external vendors such as insurance providers, training vendors, and service contractors
- Manage office facilities, assets, and administrative records
- Support internal communications, announcements, and HR memos
- Generate HR reports such as headcount, attendance, leave, and turnover reports as required by management
- Support HR process improvements and system updates
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
