Smootea Empire Hiring! Customer Service and Sales Representative in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative to support our business divisions, Pixel Kaler and Smootea Academy.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and online channels.
• Provide clear information about our products, services, pricing, classes, promotions, and order process.
• Assist customers who are interested in Pixel Kaler’s custom cup, bottle, and packaging printing services.
• Assist customers who are interested in Smootea Academy’s online beverage recipe classes and learning support.
• Follow up with potential customers and help convert inquiries into sales.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and basic issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Recommend suitable products, services, or classes based on customer needs.
• Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Record customer details, inquiries, orders, and follow-up status properly.
• Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Friendly, polite, and confident in communicating with customers.
• Good written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Able to respond quickly and manage customer conversations professionally.
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Basic sales experience is an advantage, but not compulsory.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and online tools.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
