Full Time Proposal Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Ensetcorp Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

The Proposal Engineer is responsible for managing the end-to-end tender and proposal process, ensuring technical compliance, commercial competitiveness, and alignment with company petronas requirements or oil and gas industry in malaysia.

1. Proposal & Tender Management

• Prepare & Manage Technical and Commercial Proposals
• Review Tender Documents & Client Requirements
• Ensure Compliance with Company & End Users Standard

2. Coordination

• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance & Procurement

3. Costing & Commercial

• Cost Estimation & Pricing Analysis.

4. Technical Documentation Development

Develop Technical Docs:

• Technical Proposals
• Method Statements
• MTO Material Take Off
• Compliance Matrix
• Risk Assessment

5. Contract & Project Support

• Negotiate Contract Terms & Liaise with Clients
• Support Project Handover & Maintain VDRL

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 1–3 Years Experience in Proposal / Tender Engineering
• Experience in Oil & Gas / familiar with Industrial System

Skills / Proficiency

• Proficient in:
• Microsoft Excel (Costing)
• Microsoft Word (Proposal Writing)
• Strong English Writing & Communication Skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
