We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Energy & Power team across APAC , supporting the delivery of high-quality engineering and consultancy services on complex infrastructure projects. This role will contribute to the successful delivery of projects through technical excellence, collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and proactive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality civil engineering designs and consultancy services
Perform design, review, and technical assurance activities
Support project delivery to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
Build and maintain client relationships and support business development
Prepare and review design calculations, reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with QA standards and processes
Mentor junior engineers and support team development
Monitor workload, utilisation, and deliverables to ensure effective time management and alignment with team priorities
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering design and consultancy
Well-developed technical and leadership capability in roads, drainage, and pavement design
Proficiency in relevant engineering tools, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent civil design software
Experience in power sector projects is highly preferred
