Soi 55 Thai Kitchen is a growing halal Thai restaurant chain with more than 30 outlets nationwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and technology-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Cost Control Executive.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in Accounting, Audit, Cost Control, Inventory Control, Retail Operations, or F&B Operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase records and system reports
- Monitor food cost (COGS), stock movements, and inventory records
- Review outlet utility expenses including electricity, water, and gas
- Identify unusual cost variances and discrepancies
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly cost control reports
- Support outlet audits, stock counts, and verification exercises
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Audit teams
- Utilize AI tools and digital systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years working experience in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Retail, or F&B is an advantage
- Good Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsible, honest, and willing to learn
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to travel to outlets when required
Preferred Skills & System Exposure
- Experience using POS systems, inventory management systems, or procurement platforms is an advantage
- Exposure to systems such as Xilnex, SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, Supy, or similar business software is preferred
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis
- Comfortable working with large datasets and reconciling information from multiple systems
- Ability to prepare reports and identify discrepancies through system-generated data
AI & Digital Skills
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar AI platforms
- Able to use AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, and documentation
- Interested in learning and implementing AI solutions to automate repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working with digital systems and adopting new technologies
- Experience creating reports, summaries, spreadsheets, or workflows using AI tools is an advantage
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation
