About the Profile We are a software service provider company and we are looking for a passionate and experienced BDM, who can generate new business by collaborating and tie up with other companies for IT staffing as well as for software development and support projects.

Responsibilities Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media or own contacts. Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our services. Setting up meetings with potential clients.

Identifying new business opportunities and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships to expand the organization's business. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs. Growing the business in scale and scope with key client acquisition.

Negotiating with Clients to ensure signing of contract & closing of the open positions.

Requirements -Minimum 5 years above of experience in business development and marketing/sales in IT industry. -Atleast a Bachelor's degree in an area related to business such as business administration, communication, marketing, or management.

-Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experience in customer relationship management. Experience managing and directing a sales team.

-Demonstrated experience and success in all aspects of capture and proposal processes.

-Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with excellent writing and computer skills.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) along with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

-English language fluency required.

Pay: RM2,431.74 - RM10,147.36 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangsar South
