Role Overview

DLL Builtech (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead two critical, high-profile projects in Johor Bahru:

• Medical Facility: Hospital Sultan Ismail (Nuclear Medicine & PET project).
• Infrastructure: Upgrading works for Jalan Tun Abdul Razak and associated road and drainage works for Plot 1 development (Tetuan Tanjung Nakhoda (M) Sdn Bhd).

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional capable of managing complex site operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Key Responsibilities

• Integrated Project Management: Oversee the concurrent execution of the Hospital Sultan Ismail expansion and the infrastructure upgrading for the Tanjung Nakhoda development.
• Infrastructure & Drainage: Manage specialized road and drainage construction, ensuring compliance with local authority standards for the Jalan Tun Abdul Razak upgrading project.
• Site & Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise daily site operations, manage labor and equipment allocation, and ensure all subcontractors meet quality and safety standards.
• Authority Liaison: Coordinate directly with local authorities (e.g., JKR, MBJB) regarding road upgrading permits, traffic management plans, and drainage approvals.
• Budgeting & Scheduling: Maintain strict control over project timelines using MS Project and ensure financial targets are met through efficient resource management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing both building construction and civil infrastructure (roads/drainage).
• Strong technical knowledge of local authority regulations (JKR/MBJB).
• Capable of managing multi-stakeholder sites and project schedules.
