Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating sales and order processing, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. This role also ensures accurate documentation and smooth communication between customers, sales, and internal departments.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding enquiries, orders, and shipments
· Prepare and issue official quotations promptly by coordinating with the sales team
· Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely processing and delivery
· Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, and relevant parties to ensure smooth delivery arrangements
· Confirm shipment lead time and update customers accordingly
· Prepare necessary documentation such as invoices, delivery documents, and mill certificates
· Handle and coordinate any order discrepancies or issues together with the sales team
· Coordinate customer claims and ensure all required supporting documents are complete
· Liaise between customers and logistics providers (sub-contractors) to avoid disputes
· Coordinate internally with production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
· Maintain proper filing and documentation for all customer orders and shipments
· Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant teams to support customer requirements
· Update reports (e.g. plate reports, order status) to the sales team on a regular basis
· Ensure all invoices are checked and meet margin requirements before finalization
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, especially for key account
Qualifications and Skills
· Minimum SPM or equivalent
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Basic knowledge of documentation and order processing is an advantage
· Experience in customer service / sales support / operations is preferred
KPIs
· Customer Service: Timely response to customer enquiries and issues
· Order Fulfillment: Ensure on-time order processing and delivery
· Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all documents (invoice, DO, cert) are accurate and complete
· Coordination: Effective communication between customers, sales, and internal teams
· Reporting: Submit required reports on time
Working Hours
· Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
· Saturday: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM (alternate Saturdays)
Location : 6, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 1/9, Taman Ekoperniagaan, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
