• Coordinate daily warehouse and packing operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage the receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the ERP/system.
• Conduct stock counts, stock reconciliation, and periodic stock take activities.
• Ensure proper stock rotation practices in accordance with FIFO/FEFO requirements.
• Plan and coordinate daily packing schedules to meet production and customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor the availability and usage of packaging materials to prevent shortages and wastage.
• Verify packing, inventory, and warehouse documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, QA, and Logistics Departments to ensure efficient material flow and product availability.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, palletizing, storage, and handling of finished products.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, packing issues, and operational variances.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse, packing, and inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, Food Safety, and company procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and organization standards within warehouse and packing areas.
• Support internal and external audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and perform any duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
