Job Overview:

To lead, control and supervise a group of supervisors, leaders and operators to meeting production output, quality, cycle time and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan Departmental Goal & Objective.
• Determine production plan & organize all production activities.
• Plan production run base on Production Schedule and forecast Schedule with Manpower.
• Review daily production performance on Output, Yield, Quality and Productivity with subordinates.
• Liaise with ME, QC, PCMC and other related dept. on outstanding issues.
• Supervise and monitor all assignment given to the down line staff.
• Ensure the department reaches the targeted on-time delivery (OTD) with Optimum cycle time at the same time maintaining quality.
• Drive for cost saving, process and product continual improvement.
• Cultivate good housekeeping, safety and discipline among Production staff.
• Identify and provide adequate training to all the down line subordinates.

Qualification & Experience:

Degree in any discipline, or

Diploma in any discipline with minimum 6 years related working experience

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
