Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Manage daily social media activities, including content posting, engagement, and basic community management.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as posters, menus, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, kitchen, outlet managers) to implement marketing activities.
• Assist in managing online platforms such as food delivery apps (GrabFood, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood, etc.)
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Track and compile basic marketing performance reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, photographers, and influencers.
• Assist in organizing events, product launches, and in-store promotions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management or the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours if required for events or campaigns.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
