Job Overview:

Assumed full responsibility for managing Test manufacturing, To supervise, coach and motivate a team of operators in meeting the company’s goals with respect to quality, cycle time and cost.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To lead a group of team to continue improve productivity from test manufacturing
• Provide training and guidance to operation leader to achieve company revenue with better planning skills
• Drive PE/ME on quality and production flexibility improvement
• Headcount adjustment and arrangement for all shift
• Reduce NVD process in order to increase productivity and manning ratio
• Monitoring and improvement of Headcount flexibility
• Monitor and reduce area cycle time
• Coordinate on area excursion CAPA either internal or external
• Responsible for staff development and monitoring of discipline.
• Enhance FW mfg. compliance
• Drive line 5S.
• Focus QDN trend improvement.
• Works towards maximizing of machine utilization.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma in related discipline or min 2 years experiences in related field

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
