Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for the Director to meetings, office, appointments, airport, and other official or personal destinations
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
• Plan routes in advance, considering traffic and weather conditions
• Stand by as and when required during working hours or official functions
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and arrange for servicing, maintenance, and car wash
• Handle ad hoc assignments, including dispatching documents or collecting items when needed
• Practice defensive driving and strictly comply with all road and safety regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Job Requirements

• Valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D) with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a personal driver for senior management / Director is an added advantage
• Familiar with roads in Penang (Island & Mainland)
• Punctual, patient, and courteous with good discipline
• Flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Good health and good eyesight
• Non-smoker and well-groomed
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Personal Driver: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
