Your Day to Day

People

• Attend monthly events sales meetings.
• Work with other IHG properties and assist superiors including regional events sales personnel.
• Liaison with advertising agency.
• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests.
• Look smart - wear your uniform with pride.

Financial

• Assist with compilation of annual budgets
• Assist with business plan and action plans

• Assist with tender submissions

Guest Experience

• Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner.
• Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections.
• Assist with promotions and familiarizations.
• Organize Trade shows, functions and exhibitions.
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure.

Responsible Business

• Prepare all administration documents
• Attend to all sales department mail and maintain correspondence database
• Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
• Maintenance and management of database
• Statistical collation (weekly)
• Stock control of collateral
• Create artwork and collateral for flyers
• Maintain and update promotional flyers
• Maintain stock of printed material
• Co-ordinate corporate gifts and promotional items
• Assist with new products and services development
• Assist with promotional strategies and marketing plans
• Distributes events sales leads
• Execute advertising/creative briefs
• Work in line with business needs
