Requirements

• Experience building AI and machine learning solutions
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and intelligent agents
• Experience working with Databricks and AI development frameworks is an advantage
• Familiarity with model deployment, data engineering, and ML pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with code reviews, documentation, and software engineering best practices
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models
• Develop and deploy AI agents using LLMs and MCP within Databricks
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi-step reasoning workflows
• Deliver scalable AI solutions that integrate with existing platforms
• Acquire, clean, and analyze datasets to support AI initiatives
• Ensure model quality, integrity, and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with data engineering, frontend, product, and business teams
• Break down AI projects into actionable milestones and deliverables
• Maintain technical documentation and project progress
• Contribute to coding standards and AI/ML development processes
• Foster innovation and knowledge sharing across teams
