Job Description:
Front Counter
Managing Incoming Invited/Walk-In Drivers
Handling Purchasing of Riders Gears (Delivery Bags, Tshirt n etc)
Handling Activation of the Drivers
Assisting on Q&A on registration process/difficulties driver faced during sign up
Call to drivers to check on their registration status & assist & motivate them to be
activated (Follow Up)
Backend
Screening Driver Profile
Uploading Photo of Driver Profile (Bank account/IC/License/Roadtax & etc)
Creating Driver Profile
QC check & validate Driver Profile (ShopeeFood & Shopee Username)
Mini Warehouse
Pick & Pack for online purchase
Scanning all inventories (Stock count & check)
Record in the sheet & update in driver's File
Keep Track on delivery & activation of the drivers
Carry & moving stocks
Requirements
Able to accommodate work in office settings
Have basic knowledge of Excel
Salary Package
Base Salary: RM1,700
Travelling Allowance: RM 100
KPI Incentive : RM 400
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
