Regional Visual Merchandiser Responsibilities

VM Guideline Development Support— Support the creation, refinement for regional visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across windows, in‑store displays, and event environments.

Creative & Administrative VM Support — Contribute to the execution of regional visual and marketing strategies, supporting operational planning.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with regional teams (Marketing, Retail, Merchandising and Project Operations) to ensure seamless execution of VM initiatives.

Project Management & Regional Rollout

Oversee the localization and implementation of regional window displays, pop‑ups, events, and VM/marketing projects under the Regional VM Manager’s guidance.

  • Ensure all executions meet brand standards, production guidelines, and timelines.
  • Work with local teams and contractors on production details to ensure premium-quality delivery.

Local Market Adaptation — Following regional VM guidelines and tailor changes to align with the Regional VM Manager to meet local needs while maintaining brand integrity, ensuring innovation and excellence in all retail and event activations.

Store & Event VM Execution — Lead the planning and execution of all VM activities across stores, pop-up and events, ensuring flawless implementation aligned with brand standards.

Store Visits & Compliance — Conduct regular market visits to assess VM execution, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. Identify opportunities for improvement and follow through with action plans.

New Store Openings & Special Projects — Provide full VM support for new store openings, renovations, zoning plan and special retail or event projects within the region.

Visual Excellence Maintenance — Ensure all stores maintain optimal visual presentation standards through ongoing monitoring, feedback, and collaboration with local teams.

Supplier & Vendor — Collaborate with suppliers to source, negotiate, and manage materials, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Training & Communication — Act as the key communication bridge for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, delivering VM guidance, training, and support to stores, partners, and travel retail teams.

Reporting & Insights — Consolidate regional VM reports and file in the VM database (IWD) by monthly basis; share insights and constructive feedback to continuously enhance visual standards across markets.


We’re looking for a highly organized, detail‑driven Reginal Visual Merchandiser to take on a dynamic hybrid role that blends regional leadership with hands‑on local market execution. You’ll be at the center of how our brand comes to life across Asia — including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan — shaping impactful visual experiences across retail stores and brand events. In this role, you’ll help drive the development and execution of visual and marketing strategies, contribute to the creation of VM guidelines, and ensure every campaign — from window displays and in‑store storytelling to pop‑ups and event activations — reflects our commitment to innovation, consistency, and premium brand expression. You’ll balance strategic regional coordination with on‑the‑ground execution, ensuring flawless implementation across diverse environments and market needs.

YOU NEED TO BE...

  • Degree or diploma in a design-related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within a luxury goods retail environment with strong sense of fashion.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and management skills, with the ability to effectively multitask.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and design abilities
  • Ability to work independently, project management skills, and personal accountability, demonstrating strong initiative on various projects simultaneously, time management skills even under aggressive timelines.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English and Mandarin, a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as needed.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
