We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager to join our Operation Department.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth clinic functioning
• Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• To supervise and manage clinic staff roster
• To supervise and manage the purchase of dental instruments and products

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate internally and externally
• Mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibilities, able to find solution and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management systems is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Cantonese preferred
• Relevant dental / medical working experience is a plus
