Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and support corporate client accounts
• Understand client needs and employee benefit requirements
• Assist with the setup and review of employee benefits and insurance plans
• Coordinate policy onboarding, renewals, and ongoing servicing matters
• Handle documentation, compliance checks, and follow-ups
• Liaise with insurers and internal teams on client requests
• Support claims-related enquiries and coordination
• Maintain accurate client and policy records
• Build long-term client relationships through regular servicing

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Sales-driven mindset and ability to hit performance targets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good presentation skills and professional work attitude
• Diploma or Degree preferred (fresh grads or career switchers welcome)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, able to work independently and multitask
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace tools
• Interest in the finance or insurance industry is an advantage

Pay: $2,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
