About the Roles

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technician to join an Environmental Services organization based in Tuas, with company transportation provided. This is a permanent role operating on a 5.5-day work week or shift schedule, offering a competitive package that includes basic salary + OT + transport allowance + retention bonus + AWS + quarterly incentives. What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment following established procedures
• Inspect machinery, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repair works
• Update and maintain preventive maintenance records such as history cards and checklists
• Document daily maintenance tasks and accurately log activities in the logbook
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize equipment downtime and breakdowns
• Conduct overhauls and servicing of fans, blowers, pumps, motors, and other rotating equipment
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment to ensure safe operations
• Carry out additional maintenance-related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a Process Plant environment
• Strong practical knowledge with solid technical and troubleshooting skills
