Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to support the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be involved in manpower scheduling, site coordination, inventory management, staff training, and administrative reporting to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Work location: Kaki Bukit

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate manpower scheduling base on operational requirements
• Work closely with administrative staff and site supervisors for overall site coordination, monitoring, and evaluation
• Maintain and monitor inventory, operational supplies, and equipment
• Conduct in-house training sessions to ensure consistent work standards and effective communication
• Prepare Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) reports and certificates accurately and promptly
• Support day-to-day operational activities and perform other duties assigned by the Management

Preferred Requirements

• Valid Class 3 Driving License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manpower scheduling and operations coordination
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
