Role Overview

The Talent People is representing our client - a publicly listed consumer financial services group with a strong retail footprint across Singapore and the region - in the search for an experienced IT Systems Manager.

This role will be responsible for managing Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, and cloud-integrated systems while ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency across the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on systems administration expertise, solid troubleshooting capabilities, and experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premise and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments including patching, performance monitoring, and system health.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain services.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user management.
• Manage user provisioning, access control, and identity lifecycle across systems.
• Support system security practices including Microsoft 365 security policies and identity protection.
• Monitor infrastructure availability and troubleshoot server, application, and authentication issues.
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Assist in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system improvements.

Preferred Technical Experience

• Microsoft Azure administration including virtual machines and cloud identity integration.
• Domain and web administration including DNS management and website hosting environments.
• Experience with Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features, conditional access, and security policies.
• Familiarity with hybrid environments integrating on-premise infrastructure with cloud services.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Solid experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Good troubleshooting and infrastructure problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies will be an advantage.
