Overview: We are in search of a seasoned Finance Executive to oversee the accounting operations of our Indonesia division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in accounting, and proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts operations, offering insights and recommendations to management.

3. Payroll & Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment, tax laws and regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and payments.

4. Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.

5. Financial Analysis: Utilize SQL to conduct financial analysis, extracting and manipulating data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the accounting function, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

7. Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is essential.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
