This role supports multiple businesses under our group, including technology, accounting, and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. If you enjoy both digital marketing and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify target industries, customer segments, and business opportunities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, email, and other channels

• Create marketing content, promotional materials, and campaign strategies

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Support business development activities, including prospect outreach and follow-ups

• Perform occasional cold calling and appointment setting

• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and client meetings

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports

• Work closely with management to develop growth strategies for multiple business units

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers and business decision-makers

• Willing to learn both marketing and sales functions

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media marketing, Canva, AI tools, or CRM systems is an advantage

• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented

• Possess own transport and willing to travel for meetings, events, and client visits when required
