 Interior Design Project Supervisor / Project Manager
Salary:

• Interior Design Project Supervisor: $2,800 - $3,500 (Based on Experience)

• Project Manager: $3,800 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)
Location: Toa Payoh
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

• Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm

• Monthly Rest Days: 6 Days
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate interior decoration and renovation projects

• Lead and manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and project teams

• Oversee project activities to ensure smooth project execution

• Monitor site progress, work quality, safety standards, and project timelines

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders

• Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and relevant operating procedures

• Conduct site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior decoration or renovation projects in Singapore

• Experience in leading on-site teams and managing project operations

• Familiar with interior fit-out, renovation work processes, and relevant operating procedures

• Welding Diploma or relevant qualification preferred for Project Supervisor role

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities or projects

• Good communication and team management abilities
