The Role

The company is seeking a Senior Vice President of International Sales to lead business expansion across Southeast Asia and Europe.

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building regional sales organizations, and establishing strategic relationships with enterprise clients across both emerging and mature markets.


Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute sales strategies across Southeast Asia and Europe, translating business goals into actionable regional plans
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and customer needs to continuously refine go-to-market strategy

️ Market Expansion & Resource Allocation

  • Allocate resources strategically across regions:
  • Europe: focus on enterprise accounts, compliance, and strategic partnerships
  • Southeast Asia: focus on channel development, localization, and market penetration

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Lead negotiations and closure of large, complex deals with global enterprises, regional leaders, and public sector clients
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships, driving long-term partnerships and revenue growth
  • Develop replicable sales playbooks and client success cases across markets

Sales Operations & Excellence

  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Optimize commercial processes including pricing, contracting, delivery, and collections
  • Ensure operational efficiency while managing commercial risks


Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of international sales experience, including:
  • At least 3 years in a regional leadership role (e.g., Sales Director, Regional Head, GM)
  • Proven experience managing cross-border, multicultural teams
  • Demonstrated success in expanding business across both Southeast Asia and Europe
  • Strong experience in enterprise / complex solution sales, with a track record of closing large deals
  • Deep understanding of regional business environments, cultural nuances, and go-to-market strategies
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for business communication, negotiations, and internal alignment
  • Additional languages (e.g., German, French, Thai, Vietnamese) are a plus
  • Flexibility to be based in Hong Kong, Singapore, Southeast Asia, or Europe
