* Strong expertise in WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API integration

* Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and event-driven architecture

* Proficiency in Node.js/Python/Java backend development

* Strong cloud and DevOps experience (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)

* Experience integrating CRM/contact center platforms

* Strong understanding of API security, OAuth2, JWT, and compliance requirements

* Experience designing scalable, high-availability messaging systems

* Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills

Preferred Experience

* 7+ years in API integration or enterprise communication platforms

* 3+ years specifically in WhatsApp Business API implementations

* Experience in telecom, banking, fintech, eCommerce, or contact center industries

* Experience handling millions of messages/month at enterprise scale
