Responsibilities
The Key Account Executive is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with customers. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new accounts to support long-term sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and alliance partners.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and contracts.
• Provide technical and commercial solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor collections and payment matters to minimize risks and improve cash flow.
• Support sales activities and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Fresh graduates or Junior Executives with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
