Position: Automation Test Engineer

Responsibilities

  1. Take primary responsibility for functional testing and automated testing of products, including test case design, review, automated test development, and test execution.
  2. Work closely with development teams to test internal systems and services, covering functional testing, performance testing, stability testing, disaster recovery, and various exception scenarios.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, test frameworks, and related testing tools to continuously improve test efficiency and product quality.
  4. Actively take ownership of testing quality under pressure, demonstrate strong learning ability, and proactively tackle complex testing challenges.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 1+ years of experience in test development or test automation. Strong logical thinking and solid issue analysis and problem-diagnosis skills.
  2. Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
  3. Proficient in Python, with strong coding ability, and experienced with at least one mainstream test automation framework.
  4. Strong computer science fundamentals, with good knowledge of networking and databases.
  5. Strong quality and product mindset, able to identify risks early and propose effective testing or product improvement solutions during project execution.
  6. Able to work effectively under pressure, with strong adaptability and learning ability in a fast-changing technical environment.
