About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer (E&I) to lead and support electrical & instrumentation design, development, and project execution. You will handle technical assessments, site surveys, documentation review, and work closely with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead E&I system design, documentation, schematics, and technical deliverables.
• Manage project activities and ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and advanced site surveys.
• Provide high-level technical support and act as the main technical contact for clients.
• Review and prepare engineering documents, drawings, cost estimates, and proposal materials.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional engineering duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s is an advantage).
• 4–10 years of experience in E&I design, development, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, cable sizing, load calculations, and industry standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, intellEx, or similar software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
