Job Description

Responsibilities

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Technical background in building materials / sanitaryware is an advantage

 

 

Experience

  • 1–5 years of sales experience in sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, tiles, plumbing products, or building materials
  • Experience in trading, distribution, or project sales preferred
  • Familiarity with B2B sales (contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, hardware shops)

 

Product Knowledge

  • Good understanding of sanitaryware products such as:
  • Water closets, basins, urinals
  • Faucets, mixers, showers
  • Bathroom accessories and fittings
  • Knowledge of brands, specifications, pricing, and installation basics

 

 

Sales & Business Skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to identify new customers and grow existing accounts
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Experience in handling tenders and project-based sales is an advantage

 

Technical & Other Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office / CRM systems
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license
  • Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings

 

 

Language

  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to speak Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia is required
  • Other languages is an advantage (depending on customer base)
