Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Shah Alam. The Graphic Designer will create visually engaging assets for online stores, marketing campaigns, and social media across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Daily responsibilities include designing graphics for product listings, banners, and promotional materials, as well as adapting concepts to different formats and devices. The role involves developing and maintaining brand consistency, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and preparing design files for efficient production and upload. The Graphic Designer will also support creative brainstorming, participate in campaign planning, and ensure all visuals are optimized for performance and user experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and e-commerce-related work.
  • Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and applying visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
  • Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for web, mobile, and social media assets.
  • Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
  • Ability to translate briefs and data insights into clear, impactful visual concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media formats is an advantage.
