Role Description


  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Accounting Department in daily finance activities.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including document filing, data entry, record maintenance, and correspondence management.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders via telephone and email.
  • Maintain and update billing systems, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely generation of account statements.
  • Manage accounts receivable records and ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
  • Investigate, reconcile, and resolve account discrepancies, billing issues, and customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process financial transactions and ensure accounting records are updated accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in audit preparations, account reconciliations, financial verification, and other accounting-related activities as required.


Job Requirements:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience will have an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiar with accounting software systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, in written and spoken communication. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles, taxation requirements, and relevant statutory regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
