Experience: 13+ Years

Domain: Banking / Financial Services

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong Banking/BFSI expertise to lead large-scale testing programs and manage end-to-end testing delivery.

Key Requirements:

13+ years of Test Management experience

10+ years in Banking/Financial Services domain

ISTQB CTAL-TM Certification (Mandatory)

Strong experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Governance

Expertise in Functional & Non-Functional Testing

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr

Experience managing large testing teams

Agile & Waterfall project experience

Strong stakeholder and defect management skills
