Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, and promote the company’s diagnostic solutions across key medical disciplines. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits and product presentations, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves coordinating product demonstrations, collaborating closely with internal technical and support teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and accounts. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare solutions, including prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build professional relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, and distributors.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, sales visits, and follow-ups effectively.
  • Comfort with basic business tools and systems, such as CRM platforms, presentation software, and productivity applications.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical product information related to Neurology, Gastroenterology, Audiology, and Urology diagnostics.
  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical diagnostics sales is an advantage, but motivated candidates with strong sales aptitude will also be considered.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
